It’s been a very dramatic two months since I started posting at the beginning of February.
To be honest, this is actually my second long-form work posted on the web, but my previous work received almost no attention, and I didn't receive any comments or feedback. So, with this work, I experienced for the first time what it's like to have someone other than myself call my characters by their names.
That was incredibly rewarding.
To think that everyone is watching the actions and words of characters that were only supposed to exist in my head... It was more than I ever imagined.
To those who gave me feedback every day. To those who reported their completion of the reading on Twitter.
(I'm not sure if it's okay to mention names, but I'm talking about you, the one who thought, "Wait, is that me?")
Thanks to you, I’ve been able to continue posting every single day without fail. Originally, I thought if there was no reaction, I’d switch to weekly updates at some point, haha.
Now then!
There are still many foreshadowing threads left unresolved, their future together, and so on—I have so many things I want to write about, so I will start working on the second chapter immediately!
However, I also have some regrets that the first chapter was written in an ad-lib style, which may have made it difficult to read in some parts. Therefore, for Chapter 2, I want to post it in segments after the whole thing is written.
